Azteca Beef & Cheese Tort
2 cups (12 oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine cheeses, green chilies and green onions. Place one unformed salad shell in 8" (1/2 quart) round baking dish or on cookie pan; spoon 1/4 cheese mixture evenly over salad shell. Repeat layers with remaining salad shells. Pour desired salsa over top; sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Cut into wedges to serve. Makes 4 to 5 servings. Serve with sour cream.
