Azteca Beef & Cheese Tort


2 cups (12 oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups (12 oz) Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
4 oz can diced green chilies, drained
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup sliced green onions
12 oz Tub Salsa (Azteca)
1 package Azteca Salad Shells

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine cheeses, green chilies and green onions. Place one unformed salad shell in 8" (1/2 quart) round baking dish or on cookie pan; spoon 1/4 cheese mixture evenly over salad shell. Repeat layers with remaining salad shells. Pour desired salsa over top; sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Cut into wedges to serve. Makes 4 to 5 servings. Serve with sour cream.
