walking in Memphis (2003)...aka the Reign Tour
On March 31st, seven kilted Scotsmen arrived at Memphis International Airport with one goal:  (besides getting off a plane they had been traveling on for way too many hours) They wanted to see their former teammate and Grizzlies second round draft choice  Robert "Tree" Archibald play in the NBA.  A few days later (vs. San Antonio) their goal/dream was accomplished.  But little did they know they would become local celebrities!  After a stint on Channel 3's Morning Show and an article in the Commercial Appeal (which is read by over half a million people a day) our visitors were noticed by Memphians all week and by the end of it, were signing autographs like they were Grizzlies themselves.

(Maybe it was the kilts or the Scottish accent that gave them away)

people met and or partied with:  Shane Battier, Earl Watson, Robert Archibald (obviously), Ingram Hill, Issac Hayes, Mamabear & "sister"Janet
