Left: In 1980, Michael had a beard.  He looked like a guy with a beard.

Right: At Burning Man 2005, Michael wore my favourite hat as we rode off into the sunset on a bus decorated like a castle.  Sadly, the hat was lost a couple days later.  Fortunately, Michael wasn't lost.
