With over 34 years of telecom leadership experience in Sales, Engineering, Planning and Operations positions, Larry Grisham has consistently maintained a cutting edge position within the  industry, focused on solving "business problems" with financially sound operational implementation of new technology and customer service applications. 

Mr. Grisham, served Purcell Systems as Director Wireless Sales driving annual revenue from $2M in 2001 to over $50M in 2006. Developing new markets, customers and products.  He served LighTrade as VP Operations, where he created the LighTrade Connectivity Center, providing web enabled 24x7 Customer Relationship Management business processes. 

Prior to LighTrade, Mr. Grisham served as Vice President of Operations for the Covad Mid-Atlantic Region, followed by a national network management opportunity as Director, Technical Assistance Center.  While at Covad, Mr. Grisham directed ATM switch and DSLAM equipment installation and service launch for the Mid-Atlantic region, followed by the creation of dispatch, installation, transmission and repair functionalities.  While leading the diverse Covad Technical Assistance Center environments, Mr. Grisham was responsible for the evolution of operating system functionality, creating a singularly focused installation technical assistance team and geographical diverse 24X7 technical assistance centers, supporting the exponential growth in DSL circuits and customer support requirements encountered by Covad.

Mr. Grisham served as the Director, Network Management for Sprint PCS, integrating the Sprint PCS national wireless network of 56 switch sites and over 5300 cell sites into a cohesive network management environment in less than 10 months.  Responsibilities included installation and operations for the OSSN and OSSC, Change Management Control (CMC), Network Technical Assistance Center (NTAC), Network Operations Center (NOC), Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), and Disaster Planning and Recovery.   In advance of assuming responsibilities for the Sprint PCS NMC, Mr. Grisham served as the Director, Planning and Operations Integration, which designed and deployed; switch site templates, cell site templates, IS41, SS7 and interoffice trunking, power and protection technologies, capacity and network topology planning deliverables.
          
Prior to Sprint PCS, Mr. Grisham spent 20 years within Sprint Local Telecommunication companies and other independent telephone companies, in various management and technical support assignments.   Supporting the deployment of the first digital switch for United Telecom in South Carolina, supervised the first 8 years of interoffice fiber construction and testing for United Telecom in South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia,  created and taught the first Fiber Optic technician certification training program within the Sprint System, and deployed the first outside plant engineering capital budget tracking program (SMATS) within the Sprint System.
