KLAH

Notes for Other Information

-Field Preparation- Use a shaded area with sandy soil pre-infused with manure
fertilizer for best growth.

-When grown from cuttings (the preferred method) the plants are ready to
harvest in 3 turns (4 turns from healthy seedlings which should be
grown in pots for one turn before planting).

-Only known threat on Pern (very rare) is a display of deep brown spots on the
light green underside of the outward showing leaves. The cure is to diligently
prune affected stems until spots are no longer found.

EXAMPLE DESCRIPTION:
The tree's bark is smooth, pale brown with sections of tan along the bark.
This spicy wonder has shiny ovate leaves that are dark green on top and light
green underneath; they are deeply veined with weeping stems (similar to a willow tree).

- Small yellowish-white flowers dot the stems. (in mid-winter)

- Dark purple berries peek out from under the green leaves. (mid-spring.)
