Squadron ribbon- Awarded to pilots that complete trial period
(Signifies full membership in the squadron)
3 months good conduct ribbon-awarded to pilots for serving 3 months of service in vf10
6 month good conduct ribbon- awarded for 6 months service in vf10
1 year ribbon- You have been in vf10 for 1yr , wow time goes by quick when your having fun
18 month service ribbon
Navy wings- awarded to pilots that have completed carrier landing training and have recieved a 60% or higher landing score. scores are determined by 1 successful landing = 20% pilot will be given 5 attemps for qulification.
