| I am not a business. I am a stay at home mom who bakes cakes out of my house. By submitting your order you will relase me from any and all Liability. I have not had any problems since I have been doing this. However I must cover all basis. |
| All orders must be from within memphis, Tn and the surrounding areas! |
| All orders over $50.00 must be paid for up front or they will not be made. |

| I will meet you somewhere to deliver the cake. I will sometimes deliver to your house. On the rare occassion I will need you to pick it up. All deliveries that are more than 10 miles away frm me are subject to a delivery fee. It will be $.75 per every mile over 10. My husband delivers. Please see the map to find out how far away from me you are. |
| All Wedding cakes and some creation cakes MUST be Delivered. I have to set them up at the party. That way I can add any finale details |
