Have you ever gone into the local game shop and seen several modules from 1st edition Star Wars, and wanted to get some of them, but didn�t have the money? Well this book helps make up your mind, and it does you a favor to boot. In this book, THREE of the 1st edition Star Wars modules have been converted to 2nd edition. This particular volume has the adventures of: Starfall, Strike Force: Shantipole, and The Game Chambers of Questal.
Now, I don�t have any of the above mentioned modules myself, so I don�t know whether their conversions were exact, but from the information inside, I�d say they did a pretty good job. There were probably a couple of inserts that got left out too, but for the most part, this book gives you the �meat and potatoes� of the adventures. They�ve got good pictures, and some good diagrams of the places that you visit. Basically, easily on par with the material in the Adventure Journals.
So if you�re looking to fill out your collection with the module adventures, but either can�t bring yourself to spend all the money (and possibly conversion time) on the 1st edition modules, or you can�t find them, then this book is for you. There are others in the series of Classic Adventures, each covering two to three adventure modules from the 1st edition.
