Rampage begins after loss last week.
The GHS Rifle Team is taking no prisoners. Tuesday's 1140 and tonight's 1142 are proof of that. Captain Jeremy Moore shot a 289 to lead the way, followed by Co-captains Barry Oliver and Jessica McClain, who each shot 285. Roderick Foster, the team's star Freshman, fired a 283. This was McClain's highest score of the season, and it qualified her for the Georgia State Championships as an individual. Moore and Oliver will be joining her there, haveing qualified earlier in the year. Rachel Durham fired a 262 in her first match attempt, the exact same score fired two years ago by Moore in his first ever competition.
Heritage high school fired a 1100, each shooter being beaten by at least 10 points from each of the Griffin shooters. George Fisher led Heritage with a 279.
