The Songs of Time and Flight
The wind carries across the open planes tugging at the blades of long grasses making them wave back and forth like the great seas of water. The colors of spring dance across the green sea shimmering in the sun as if it was apart of the light itself.
Then from across the open sea two forms come, one with wings the color of the clouds and fur tipped with the colors of the skylight evening, Then a second form comes with a coat as dark as the night itself, but his paws tipped with the colors of the white hot stars that croup the moonless sky.
They both come from the deep grasses one touched by the wind and the other touched by the call of the earth. the second chasing the first. They talk to each other and all is well amongst the two. For they are sung to by the wind and the earth, but both are brought together by the call only they can hear.
