SAFETY AGREEMENT
(for the student)
I agree to observe all safety rules and procedures for safe operation of kitchen appliances, equipment, and utensils. I further agree that I will conduct myself in a safe and professional manner in the Foods II - Advanced course. I understand that failure to conduct myself in a safe and professional manner may result in my suspension from lab activities and the School-Based Enterprise (SBE) project, which will also affect my grade in this class.
