SCHOOL RULES

ALL students received a Student Handbook at the beginning of school. ALL students will be responsible for adhering to those rules - schoolwide.
There is also several copies of the Student Handbook in the classroom for future reference if needed.
CLASSROOM RULES
Chewing gum / candy / any foodstuff or drinks will not be allowed to be brought into the classroom or consumed inside the classroom (unless authorized by the intstructor).
Combing, brushing, or playing with hair will not be tolerated in the classroom / lab.
All 4 chair legs must be on the floor at all times. Do not rear back in your chairs.
Sitting on the tables is not allowed. This area is for class work, lab work, and/or serving or eating food.
Students are not allowed in the food lab areas unless a lab has been planned (and lab has been approved by the instructor).
Students are to use the restroom before or after class. A student will not be permitted to leave the classroom (unless an emergency arises and the student is called to leave from a front office personnel; a valid note from a faculty member; removed by an administrator). Before leaving the class the student must sign out (with a signature, time of departure, and time of return) on the sign-out sheet.
