commandwr cocksmoker. he smokes cox for a living. and that's about it. he sits around on his spacetable and smokes the cox. he' s the crappiest commander ever. the scanning aint too good either.
Commander Black Vegetable

Commander B.V. was the main igreadient in a terrible soup for the Ghost of giants. Some how.. toxic goo and radioactive poo gave life to the soup and its VEGETABLES. This commander only eats meat and would be considered a cannibal if he ate vegetables... he has a hard time eating in the commander cafeteria seing his family members(?) being eaten.  He has a Gun.
