| Welcome To John & Tammy's Family Trips With Kids
Families are like fudge... mostly sweet with a few nuts. The family. We were a strange little band of characters trudging through life sharing diseases and toothpaste, coveting one another's desserts, hiding shampoo, borrowing money, locking each other out of our rooms, inflicting pain and kissing to heal it in the same instant, loving, laughing, defending, and trying to figure out the common thread that bound us all together. Our First Family Outing September 10,2005 We Went To Bays Mountain Here In Kingsport. We All Gathered in the car and proceeded towards the Park. We then arrived there and got out and saw a building that had snakes in it. (Ok I have to admit i was scared ) I got out of there. :) Any how we then proceeded out side and there was a racoon cage with 3 racoons, then we proceeded to the turtles which were on the side of the building. Then went to the deer cage. then went further into the park and was seeing all kinds of deer that were wild but yet use to people. We then took and decieded to eat so we sat down and ate , and had deer wandering around. We then got done and went walking again so proceeded to the bob cat cage but they were being lazy, so we went on and went into another building. The building we went into had spiders, spaceships,and alot of planitarium things in it we stopped by the gift shop and bought 3 eagles to bring home. We then went outside and went onto the dam and enjoyed the sites and we all were having fun and laughing and also enjoying the family theme.. We have deciede we are going to arrange for more as time permits... We Loved Our Family Time.. Bays Mountain Family Trip |
