Kate Millington | Mosaic Artist

Kate Millington is an Australian by birth, and has lived in Grey Lynn for 17 years. She studied art at Sydney College of the Arts (taking her Bachelor degree), then at Elam School of Fine Arts, University of Auckland, and graduated with her Masters degree. She has one daughter, Petra, and a son, Jas. Kate has been working on mosaics for nearly ten years. As you can see by the examples shown here, she does a wide variety of work, and among the projects she has done are fountains, swimming pools, showers, paths, basins, fire places, stairways, and restaurants.
