Height 5'1, Weight 110lbs, Hair Auburn, Eyes blue.
This child was pushed in front of a moving vehicle and died at the scene. According to withnesses, the deceased was involved in an altercation with a black male prior to being pushed into the path of the vehicle. She is between 14-17 and was new to the area and was believed to have been a runaway. Her front tooth was chipped, but it is not clear whether the chip was present prior to her death or it had already been that way. She had used the name Janice Marie Brock and friends knew her as Maria or just Marie.

Unidentified male child found in Dekalb County, Georgia, on February 26, 1999.
Height 4'0, Weight 50lbs, Hair black, Eyes brown.
He was discovered in a wooded area of a subdivision. The child was between 5-7 and his height was approximately 4'0. He was wearing a long sleeved hooded pullover shirt, somewhat unique because it was made of two different materials, the body of the shirt was a blue plaid material, white the sleeves and the hood were a dark blue thermal. Was also wearing red denim jeans and a new pair of Timberland brown suede boots size 11 medium. The date of death was estimated to be several months prior to his discovery. |

The also wore two gold amethyst rings. Her right leg was deformed and smaller than the left leg possibly due to Polio. The right ankle had been fused with a screw and she probably walked with a limp.
