He was located in the water of Lake Ontario quite a way out in the lake which is unusual. He appeared to have been in the water for awhile. He is believed to be Canadian. He had Canadian coins in his left pocket and a keyring in his right pocket containing 5 keys and a pocket screwdriver. The screwdriver is shown on the left, it had a shamrock on one side, "Powerful Pete" on the other side.
