Police in Sonoma County, California are now looking at the possibility that two evangelical Christians murdered on the beach as they slept, were victims of a hate crime-killed because of their religious beliefs.  Investigators were pursuing any and all leads in the deaths of the two camp counselors on weekend leave from their jobs at a religious outdoor adventure camp.  An autopsy concluded that Lindsay Cutshall, 23 and her fiance Jason Allen, 26 had been shot in the head at close range while they slept in their sleeping bags.

Salt Lake City police have confirmed that it was Lori that was found at a county landfill.  Mark Hacking her husband confessed to his brothers that he shot his wife while she was sleeping.  According to police records, he told them he dumped her body, the weapon and a mattress in a trash bin.

CA.  Her husband Scott was arrested and pled not guilt to two capital charges.
November 12, 2004--Scott Peterson was charged guilty--first degree murder for the killing of Laci--second degree murder for the death of Conner his son.

Authorities in
Spotsylvania County say they are beginning to give up hope of finding this missing three year old boy alive.  45 year old Herman Lee Black, the boyfriend of Tyreek's mother, is charged with felony child endangerment in connection with the boys disappearance more than a week ago.  Police tell the us that they are following leads but are no closer to finding the boy.  They are aksing anyone with infomation to call--540-373-3122
Anthony Guy Urciuoli, Jr.
Missing since
January 23,2001 from Poughkeepsie, New York.  He was employed as a server at the Dutchess Diner and was last seen by his parents at the families residence near the Galleria Mall on January 24.  Tony received a page from an unknown person and told his parents he was going to play pool at 11:30pm.  He played pool at Shark's in Fishkill, NY but no one recalled seeing him at the establishment that night.  His vehicle was discovered abandoned on January 26th at 12:45am on Wilbur Blvd and Tony's wallet was inside the car which was locked.  Please call if you know anything: (845) 485-3666.
