Cynthia was considered a runaway until a few days ago when she called her parents and asked them to please come and get her. Before they had a chance to ask her where she was, a male voice on the other end of the phone, was heard to say, "Who are you talking to, hand up the phone", then the phone went dead. No one knows where Cynthia really is, please help this family to locate her.
