� Responsible for the development and ongoing support of a validation plan for a Clean Steam System.
� Identified which plant items are most difficult to sterilize in an autoclave and determined their cold spots. Using a combination of thermocouples and biological indicators, determined whether a half-cycle through the autoclave is sufficient to sterilize these items.
� Determined whether a buffer preparation process can generate products of suitable quality for an arthritis drug (Adalimumab) by testing the bioburden and endotoxin levels.
� Designed and performed a test to determine the reliability of a process to ship cryogenically frozen cell-banks using a dewar filled with liquid nitrogen.
� Worked closely with different departments to identify which equipment required validation and created protocols to test the functionality of the equipment, including filters, agitators, pumps, and autoclaves
