| This page is reserved for my Hornet wagon affectionately named Grumpy. Grumpy is a 1977 Hornet Sportabout which was saved from a fate worse than anything....the junk yard. I bought Grumpy in 2001 from a man in New Lexington, Ohio. It looked to me that he was using the car as a planter or something, he was parked in the middle of his wife's flower garden. I paid 150.00 for him and had him towed home to my mom's house in Newark, Ohio. Within a couple weeks, I had him running and driving. Grumpy has taken me from Ohio to South Carolina, back to Ohio, and to Indiana with little to no problems. Aside from my Gremlin, Grumpy is the best car I have ever owned! | ||||||||||||||

Why Grumpy? From the very first day I bought him, he didn't want to run or do anything, so because a little more effort goes into just getting him started, I named him Grumpy. |
