| Grumpy is powered by the original 258 six cylinder engine that was placed in him in Kenosha. The engine has never been rebuilt or tore down, everything is original with the exception of the starter, coil, and distributor. | ||||||||||||||||||||

| This 258 originally produced 210 horsepower @ 1100 RPM, now it produced 250 horsepower @1100 RPM with the points distributor I installed in 2004. The Prestolite boxes are a pain to replace all the time...this way points and condensor and we're up and runnin in no time! | ||||||||||||||||||||

| Grumpy uses a Carter BBD 2-Barrel Carburetor which has been rebuilt 2 times by me. He also has working A/C, Power Steering, Manual Brakes with Front Disc/Rear Drum original equipment. Transmission is a Chrysler A904 Torque-Command I bought for $50.00 and which came from a 1973 Javelin, rebuilt in 2002 by Easley Transmission in Easley, South Carolina. | ||||||||||||||||||||
