The Autobahn 10/7
The Autobahn is fun to drive, apparently with no speed limit in some areas. Unfortunately, I didn't get the Audi A4 I had reserved with the folks at Avis...Instead, a Renault Megane convertible. It was the last car available so I had little choice but to take it. It was nice to put the top down...Although it was cold, people here in Germany put the top down ANYTIME it isn't raining.

On October 7th I rented a car and headed northwest to Heidelberg. I left Andrew and Amy's house, just south of Munich. They were kind enough to put up with me for three days...This is the back of thier house as we drove away...
I was able to push the limits of that little Renault pretty far, but it's power was comparable to that of a certain Dodge Lancer I once drove when I was younger.
This little 4 cylinder topped out at 205Km/h (about 123 mph). You can see in this photo that at just under 180 Km/h it wasn't quite redlined, so I was able to push it a little more.
