| Monday Oct 4th--I finally found a way to get online...I arrived in Munich Thursday morning pretty tired, but spent the day sightseeing. I was at the Oktoberfest Friday and Sunday, and spent Saturday afternoon waiting in line for three hours, as the tents were at capacity. More info later as my internet time is limited, and I don't have my camera with me to upload my pictures...maybe tomorrow! |

| A lot of the Bavarians wear the traditional dress to Oktoberfest. Unfortunately my lederhosen didn't arrive before I left, so I went with the Texas t-shirt (you can barely see the state outline in the picture) which was very popular. In this picture I had just been asked (about the 12th time that day) if I had a cowboy hat and drove a truck. |
