P.s: i know this is my second post in like 1 1/2 days but i've been watching play with fire and it came to me.
Tears.

Empty.
Everything was empty.
Their apartment, their bed, his heart.
Nick slid down the wall and grasped his knees to his chest, staring into an empty room that was full of furniture. Boxes of Greg's belongings lined the hallway.
The lab explosion was still fresh in his mind seeing Greg flying through the glass. Remembering dragging Greg from the fire and melting
plastic. Catherine begged for Nick's forgiveness, but nothing could ever bring back what had been taken from him, his soul mate, *HIS* Greg.
Nick crawled to their bedroom, clambered up to hug a lab-tech scented pillow and wept. Sometimes it's okay to cry.
