For season 2, all owners will retain nine (9) players, as follows:
4 Pitchers 4 Position Players and one other player of your choice.
PLAYERS DO NOT HAVE TO BE FROM THE SAME YEAR AS SEASON ONE.
The salary cap has been increased to $180 mil.
The first phase of the draft will consist of the HOF PLAYERS that were NOT retained.
The HOF portion of the draft will consist of FULL ROUNDS ONLY.
This means that we will take the total # of HOFers not retained and divide by 24.
This will determine how many rounds phase one will be.
In this manner we will slowly but surely weed out the less than desirable sim HOFers, while not totally wiping them out after one season.
Once HOF drafting is completed, the second phase of the draft will commence.
During the second phase ANY PLAYER (not already on a roster) may be drafted.
Additionally it will be during the second phase that we will draft our exclusive stadium.
You may choose your stadium in any round during the second phase.
For the second season we will expand our Ballpark choices, but only marginally.
There are 31 or 32 stadiums that have Park Factors between 0.97 and 1.03.
Your chosen park must fall within this range.
We will allow greater extremes in ballparks each season as follows:
Season 1 � WIS PARK ONLY
Season 2 � PF 0.97 � 1.03
Season 3 � PF 0.94 � 1.06
Season 4 � PF 0.90 � 1.10
Season 5 � ANY PARK
