Columbus ends the day riding a 5 game win streak, during which time Mickey Mantle has been 10 for 20 and has taken the Batting Average lead. Since a hitless opening day, Mantle has hit in 14 straight. Go Mickey!!!! Tulsa SS Phil Rizzuto connects for his 1st HR of the season as The Dust Devils dispatch Colorado Springs. Steve Carlton picks up his 2nd save going the remaining 3 innings. Louisville makes 4 errors, but holds on to win 6-5. Walter Johnson improves to 3-0 and Paul Molitor has 3 RBI.
