I purchsed this guitar in 1998 after selling two of my vintage instruments (a 1963 Musicmaster and a 1966 Jaguar.)
Fender discontinued this model and since I was such a fan, I decided to buy another one. I used it for a while when I first started playing in the Beatles tribute band, Revolver. I later sold it to purchase a 1964 Mustang (also described on this page.)
