The English language, to me it makes no sense,
I really don't know why we have present tense.
They sometimes mean one thing, yet sometimes another,
I dislike it almost as much as my brother.
How come they say geese, but do not say meese,
And how come there's an ie inside the word niece.
Why does spelling exist, its all the same to me,
My least favorite book is the dict-ion-ar-y.
Why's the word SHORT, longer than LONG,
And why's the word neighbor seem to be spelled wrong.
Why's is it a double u, when it's really two vs,

Writing, Language Arts, why does it all matter?
All it ever does is make me more sadder.
