The following is a step by step guide to scaming make a wish foundation:

Preliminary question: What is make a wish foundation? Make a wish foundation is a real orginization who grants the wishes of dying children, so that they can do what they have always wanted, before they die. The way I see it though, who really benefits from this? Some kid goes to disneyland then dies a week later, it must just be me, but it isn't worth the money. Thats where the scamming comes in. Grant the wish of a healthy person and he/she will have years to cherish the memory.

Step 1) Contact make a wish foundation and tell them that you are dying.

Step 2) The people who work for MAWF will probably want an interview with you, to see if you are really dying. This is a big no-no because if they meet you before the deal is done then they will know you aren't sick. To solve this little problem, simply tell them you have a highly contagious disease like, leprosy, eboli, or my favorite, the black plague. Note, telling them you have cancer is no beans, they actually like visiting the bald little children. If you're a neo nazi skin head, and think it would be best to say you have cancer in order to account for the bald head, then add in something to the affect of "I am also possesed by the evil spirits of Black Beard the Pirate" or even worse yet, Richard Simmons.

Step 3) Because they can't interview you, they will probably want to see your photograph or something. Solving this problem is quite easy, simply go down to Wan Chai, and take a picture of that shoeless bum who always sits outside 7-11 (you know the one who takes off his prosthetic leg, and leans it up against the wall next to him.) And say that that is you. This works especially well if you then edit the picture and add pointy teeth, and a uni-brow.

Step 4) By now the people at MAWF will have granted you the wish, and make sure the contract is signed before they see the real you. Then show up, laugh at the people for being such stupid suckers, and enjoy your dreams coming true!!!!
