| Groundhog day is such a brutal festival. Who wants to watch this BS? Not me, but the cafeteria at my res (which itself is too easy a target for my insults as you might guess) played it and I had to watch because... it's a TV, that's why. Nothing short of an Ally McBeal episode will make me avoid a TV. So there I am, watching people cheer as this fotune-telling groundhog tells us whether winter is going to end. Here's a question, why would a groundhog look at his shadow if spring was coming? In fact, don't even answer that. I don't care. I got to see it on a real dandy of a channel. It's known as CP24.
