| Okay, okay. Maybe #7 Wichita State's 80-73 win yesterday over #2 Tennessee isn't all THAT much of a "shocker," since the consensus was that Tennessee was not very deserving of a #2 seed. But since Wichita State's nickname is actually the "Shockers", I'm kinda sorta obligated to work it in somehow, dontchathink? |

| RANDOM STUFF: - The word on the street is that your thoughts and prayers were all heard by the Man upstairs as my sources tell me that Johnny "Screamer" Martin was indeed able to take part in yesterday's "St. Patricks Day Road Race" heckling event. Thank you. - I was looking through the selections of everyone that chose Villanova to see what kind of a chance I had to still pull this thing out. I think that just myself and Antonio "Bracket Master" Malachi are the only folks with a Final Four of Duke over Pittsburgh, and Villanova over UConn. And as I'm nursing an 8 point lead over Antonio already at this point, I believe I will win the whole enchilada (sp?) if my Final Four scenario comes to pass. Okay, I'm grasping at straws here, but gimme a break ... I need something to hang my hopes on! - If you missed an update, they can be found here. - Laura Reilly, while she can't "pick 'em" in terms of husbands, she sure can in the basketball sense as she leads hubby Chris by 1 point and Chris' brother Jim by 3.
