You said it Billy boy. There is indeed much virtue in "if." But that all depends on what the meaning of the word "is" is, as another famous Bill would have put it.
Standings are current and you can check them out by clicking here . Please report any discrepencies to me no later than the end of the day on Wednesday. The money will be distributed on Thursday, and once it's gone ... it's gone. In any event, here is how the top 15 shapes up as we head into this weekend:

Ok. Crunch time. The Final Four. It's here. The culmination of 3 weeks of March Madness boils down to four surviving teams from an original field of 64 (I don't recognize this so called 65 team tournament by the way ... hey, sue me ... I'm a traditionalist). And to quote another Bill, this time Parcells, "Hey fellas, this is why you lift all those weights, this is why you work so hard, this is why you do those things." You said it, coach! It's the hokey pokey. This is what it's all about.

By the way, the Commish is also in another pool where I played pretty much the same sheet. I'm 3rd out of about 50 folks and best I can tell if Kansas wins (doesn't matter against who), then I win. And for the record, this marks the THIRD STRAIGHT YEAR I've gone into the Final Four with a chance to win it. Nyuck, nyuck. In this other pool I'm in, it was one of those deals where you filled out your bracket online and the computer tallied scores, yada, yada, yada. Seems way more easier than filling out the sheet and I think thats the way we're heading. So heads up on that. Go Kansas!
