Date Friday 26th December Time Meeting at 09:00 am Meeting Place At the entrance to the Old Bat Shlomo. The Route Two groups Advanced and Beginners Advanced will ride from Bat Shlomo and ride in the Har Horshan area. Beginners will ride from Bat Shlomo ride along Nahal Dalia towards Givat Nili. Before getting to Givat Nili ride west along the Taninim river and visit the Pirim (Roman water shafts). Return to the cars via Har Horshan. The route IS NOT suitable for beginner riders. Getting There from Tel Aviv Travel north on the coastal road (route # 2) until the Zichron Yacov interchange. From there travel east on road no 70 towards Yokneam. About 6 kilometers after the Furedis junction turn right into Old Bat Shlomo. Cost NIS 30.00 (NIS 25.00for soldiers and students) Bike Hire NIS 50.00 - to be ordered by Thursday 20:00. Send E Mail and indicate your height. Equipment Required Mountain Bike (tires should be fitted with "pas gumi" and/or "slime). Helmet (Compulsory) Water - at least 3 liters Food - something to give you energy on the ride Spare inner tube, puncture repair kit and a pump.
