Local County OES Offices
Requests for Public Assistance State governments, local governments, and Private Nonprofit (PNP) organizations that provide certain governmental services and are located in a Presidentially declared disaster area may apply to OES for Public Assistance funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and OES by completing the following Request for Public Assistance (RPA) form. This form is due to OES within 30 days of the federal disaster declaration for the designated area.
