Welcome to the Greenup County Genealogy & Historical Society inaugural website. Over time we hope to offer the public a wide variety of information on genealogy and historical happenings in Greenup County.

 

Our first project for the website is our Cemetery Locator Guide. This guide is a constant work in progress. At the present time most of the cemeteries have directions from the town of Greenup. We are presently trying to ascertain GPS coordinates on these cemeteries. We hope to finish this project by the end of fall 2008.

 

We have our events calendar posted and would enjoy your participation.
