Soccer

When I was seven years old, I wanted to join a sport. My mom decided to contact a team so my cousins and I would join. When I was first there I would only hang out with my cousins. This was because everyone was 8 or 9 years old and I was only 7 and I wasn't so social. When I would go to practice the other children would make fun of me for being a "show off" and others would make fun of me for not being good. Then after month or two, I told me mom that I was not happy with the team. I decided to quit after my cousins did and wanted to play on my own. For the next five years I decided to teach myself how to kick a ball properly and do other skills to improve my style of play. Then in the Fall of 2014 my mom contacted a friend of hers, who was the commissioner of a league. That league was www.ayso66.org/. I'm still playing in ayso66, but now I'm on the u14 select team. The select team is when a certain coach watches the different girls play and chooses the best girls to form the best team to compete in tournaments. Now my select coach has invited me to join his club team, www.velocityfc.com/. If I join, I will play all over the country and my coach is planning to go to Europe next year for a massive tournament.
