With Mr. Roger's Wardrobe the character always has the proper clothing for any situation. Whether that takes the form of a well packed suitcase that always contains the perfect outfit for any occasion, being able to find a store almost anywhere that has just what the character needs in stock, wearing outfits that are easily changed to look dressed up or down, or possibly just finding the right thing laying around at the right time. No matter what, the outfit always fits.
This merit can be invaluable, but is rarely, if ever useful for trying to find clothes for anyone else. The merit works for that character only.
