| Your account will be charged the day plugs are shipped. Customer is responsible for payments on all products, applicable shipping and handling costs, and taxes. Once plugs are shipped there are no cancellations. Customer will be notified via email twice, once to send confirmation of the order and again when plugs have shipped.Greenfield Turf cannot harvest zoysia in inclement weather (rain) although delivery can and will take place. Please allow 7-10 days from placing order for plugs to arrive. Plugs will arrive in a cardboard box at the address given, and must be planted within 3 days of receipt. Due to the nature of the product there will be no returns allowed. Greenfield Turf cannot be held accountable for measurement errors made by customer. Greenfield Turf cannot be held responsible for plugs not installed within the guidelines and instructions included with every order. Greenfield Turf warrants that all plugs at the time of delivery are in good growing condition. Failure to inspect plugs and report any defects to Greenfield Farms by phone or email within 24 hours of delivery shall be deemed acceptance of plugs in present condition will not be refunded.. There is a 90 day guarantee on Greenfield Zoysia Plugs. If you feel you have done everything right in installing and caring for your zoysia plugs, and have met the following criteria, Greenfield Turf will replace your plugs at no additional charge. Please read the following carefully 1. Lawn owner must demonstrate that he has made a reasonable effort to care for the lawn properly, in terms of installation, watering, fertilizing and mowing. 2. Lawn owner must notify Greenfield Turf within 5 days of the first appearance of dead plugs. 3.Shaded areas limiting sunlight to less than 50% will not qualify. 4. Lawn areas burned by pet urine, improper application of fertilizer or other toxic chemicals (round-up, weed killers, gasoline) will not qualify. 5. Lawn owner must provide UPS tracking number on receipt. THIS GUARANTEE IS LIMITED TO SUPPLYING REPLACEMENT PLUGS ONLY No labor charges, treatments or services, shipping and handling or other costs are covered. |
