Two Week Introductory Period

Swimmers that have not had competitive swim experience will enter a two week introductory program offered by the team. The cost for the introductory period is $16. At the end of the introductory period, the swimmer may join the team.

Costs

Following the $16 two-week introductory period and the swimmer chooses the join the team they must pay $30 dollars to join USS and then $35 a month for one swimmer, $55 for two swimmers or $75 for three or more. These dues must be paid if the swimmer attends any portion of the month.

Swim Meets

Swimmers may choose to enter in swim meets in the local area. We encourage everyone that can to attend these meets. Swimmers are responsible for entry fees and getting to the meet.

Expectations

1. The swimmer is expected to have a good attitude towards their team.

2. If a swimmer comes to practice and is unable to swim, he/she must remain in the pool area during the scheduled practice time.

3. During our home meet we require parent participation. These home meets helps keep monthly dues low.

4. Swimsuits must be one piece for competition. The swimmer is responsible for the purchase of a suit. Swimmers are encouraged, but not required, to purchase a team suit.
