Green Day's upcoming album, "American Idiot," will likely feature a mini rock-opera that runs more than nine minutes, Billboard.com can reveal. Titled "Jesus of Suburbia," the track encompasses such pieces as "I Don't Care," "City of the Damned," "Dearly Beloved" and "Tales From Another Broken Home." As previously reported, "American Idiot" is due in September via Reprise.

Although the set is not finished, other tracks tipped to make the final cut include the title track (and likely first single), "Holiday," "Are We the Waiting," "Wake Me Up When September Ends" and "Saint Jimmy." The album is the follow-up to 2000's "Warning," which debuted at No. 4 on The Billboard 200.
