Plum Orchard lake hoping to coax some bass from the abundant lily pads. Early morning fog burnt off to bright skies and 80 degree water but AOY points leader Marcus Galford could find no answers for Plum Orchard and only brought one
bass to the scales but it was good enough for 5th place and he held the points lead. With the absence of Randy and Kevin Fox there was a chance to move up in the AOY race . John Humphries took full advantage bringing Three bass and winning the event. Mike Sibold also brought in three bass and secured second place in the event. Curtis Pauley had his best day as a bassangler bringing three bass for third place. Ronnie Huffman weighed in two bass for fourth place but pulled within 34 pts of 3rd overall points. Christy Galford and young Austin Moore also weighed in a legal bass . With only the finale left it looks like its going to be a great finish as the 2nd thru 9th spots are all tightly contested.
