Well, this was a better tournament than last. We had better weather than last tourney too. It started nice but by weigh-in rain, wind, and cooler temperatures had moved in. Maybe we should call ourselves the "Foul Weather Fishers"? The water temperature was about 63 degrees and clear. We had a better turnout this time, with 5 boats and 10 people at the weigh-in. Only 4 of those 10 anglers caught bass. The winner of this tourney was Joe Godby with a bag of 5 bass that weighed 4 pounds and 2 ounces. The rest went as Marc Galford with 2 fish at 2 pounds and 1 ounce, Ronnie Huffman with 1 fish at 1 pound and 13 ounces, and Skip Thompson with 1 fish at 1 pound and 7 ounces. We didn't get a picture of the winner though, he released his bag back into the water before a picture was taken! |

Above are some pictures of our lucky weather we encountered again. The first picture was midday in the tourney and the second was at weigh-in. |
