TERM 4 OPEN GIRLS’ 9-A-SIDE FOOTBALL CARNIVAL

On Wednesday League & Club representatives Lia Sioukas and Michele Reid visited Grange Cricket Club in efforts to promote the league, club & women’s football. What they saw was a impressive display of what our youth girls footballing capabilities are. The girls were particularly keen to speak Windsor Gardens High, Para Hills High, Enfield and Freemont Elizabeth Schools – as Greenacres would be an ideal location should they wish to follow through to the open women’s competition. Not only would it be close, but Greenacres provides a friendly, team oriented environment, where it doesn’t matter if you are having your first kick or a budding superstar. There is some definite talent out there, and we'd like YOU to be apart of Greenacres! See below for some photos from the day, and well done to all the school girls on the day.
