About Greek Life... Female undergraduates at Harvard have the opportunity to become involved in one of three sororities on campus- Delta Gamma, Kappa Alpha Theta, and Kappa Kappa Gamma. Each of the sororities host sisterhood activities, community service events, chapter formals, and mixers with other social groups. Representatives from each sorority preside over the Panhellenic Council, a group that organizes recruitment and activities for the Greek community. About the National Panhellenic Conference The National Panhellenic Conference supports its women's fraternities by promoting values, education, leadership, friendships, cooperation and citizenship. -NPC Mission Statement, Adopted at the Innnterrim Session, 10/00. The National Panhellenic Conference, founded in 1902, is an umbrella organization for 26 inter/national women's fraternities and sororities. Each member group is autonomous as a social, Greek-letter society of college women and alumnae.
