| Who would have thought that all bones and no meat on those legs would transfer to try, after try, after try. With the exception of the 1971 Bunnies, where he missed half of the season, CH has topped the try-scoring tally year-in and year-out. While there is much speculation that he has been bulking up on banned drugs for some time, the strict drug-testing regime enforced by the league has yet to reveal even the slightest trace of illicit substances. Despite the opposition's double and even triple-teaming on Hassall, he still manages to bag a couple every time he takes the field. There is talk that his missus is planning on pulling the pin on his playing days, however the club intends to go to any means necessary to stop him hanging up the boots. |
