The J. W. Westcott Co.
The J. W. Westcott Co. operates on the Detroit River and has been providing freight service to all U.S. and Canadian vessels for over 100 years!  The Westcott Company was given the U.S. Mail contract on July 1st, 1948.  The J. W. Westcott II sank on October 23, 2001; during the winter lay-up of 2001, the Westcott was completely rebuilt.  The Westcott Co. now leases the Port Huron based Pilot Boat, Huron Maid
