This is going to be one of the closest matches of the first round, the origonal Batman and one of the Star Wars Prequels, full of action and plot, good films.

Each film features a Good cast. Batman features Michael Keaton, Jack Nicholson and Billy Dee Williams. Attack of the Clones has Ewan McGregor, Natalie Portman, Hayden Christensen, Christopher Lee, Samuel L. Jackson, Frank Oz and Ian McDiarmid.

Favorite: Neither film is favored in this one, 2 good films, It could go either way.
