| Smarties Somewhat similiar to M&Ms, they are chocolate covered in a hard candy shell and a bit bigger then M&Ms.. |

| Jos. Louis A snack cake that is popular with kids for lunch or for anytime really. It is a chocolate cake with a cream filling and dipped in chocolate. |
| Nanaimo Bars A very sweet bar persumably named after Nanaimo BC. It has a thick base with a creamy icing layer in a vanilla or mint flavour and a chocolate top. |

| The Poutine A french dish that consists of fries smothered in gravy and cheese curds. I have also heard it referred to as Mozzafries in the west. Americans in particular find it a strange dish, especially as its unheard of to have fries with gravy. |
