Mark


As a competitive long distance runner, before I began training with Mark, he had great endurance and well developed Type 2 muscle fibers (slow switch muscle fibres, the kind that don't contribute to muscle mass). So despite much exercise in his past, he found his strength to be low and wanted to add muscle bulk to his upper body.

After training with him for approximately 3 months, he added two inches to his arms flexed, slightly less than 1 and a half inches relaxed on lost approximately 1 and a half inches on his waist. He had also significantly increased his strength especially in power lifts like the squat, the power cleans, leg presses and incline dumbell presses.

Despite the fact the quality of his before picture is not perfect, just comparing him facially in the pictures, you can see the difference in body fat.
